Policies
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 14 days is honored when possible.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, a covered area is required. Rain dates can be discussed at time of booking.
Age Minimum
Face painting is recommended for children 3 and up. All products are cosmetic-grade and skin-safe.

Booking & Payment
Weekend dates tend to fill quickly, especially during spring and summer. If you have a specific date in mind, it's best to reach out as early as possible.

Event Logistics
On average, approximately 10–15 faces per hour, depending on design style and event flow. Simpler designs move faster; detailed work takes a bit longer.
A complete setup is brought to every event — table, chair, and all supplies. All that's needed is a small space to work and, when possible, access to shade or an indoor area.
Yes — travel is available within the Charlotte area and surrounding locations. A travel fee may apply depending on distance.
Safety & Kids
Yes. Only cosmetic-grade, skin-safe face paints designed specifically for use on skin are used — nothing from a craft or hobby store.
Face painting works best for children ages 3 and up. Younger children are welcome, but they'll need to be comfortable sitting still for a few minutes.
Most designs take between 3–5 minutes. The pace adjusts naturally to the size and energy of the event.
